We also have payment plans available, it requires setup prior to appointment, please let staff know.
Is there convenient parking?
Yes, there is plenty of parking in The Village Shopping Centre, as you drive in you will see our wall signage.
How often should I visit the dentist?
Most people should see their dentist every six months. These regular check-ups help maintain oral health and catch problems early. Depending on your needs, we might suggest more frequent visits.
Regular dental check-ups are important for cleaning and spotting issues like cavities, gum disease, and oral cancer early, making treatments less invasive and cost-effective.
How do I maintain good dental health at home?
Brush your teeth twice a day, floss once a day, and consider using mouthwash to fight bacteria. Eat a balanced diet with less sugar and avoid tobacco.
At what age should my child first visit the dentist?
It’s a good idea to bring your child in by their first birthday or when their first tooth comes through. Early visits can set positive dental habits for life.
What is Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) and is my child eligible?
The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) can help cover part or all of the cost for essential dental services like check-ups, x-rays, cleaning, fissure sealing, fillings, extractions, and root canals for eligible children, providing up to $1052 in benefits over a two-year period.
To confirm your child’s eligibility, please inform us before scheduling an appointment, or you can contact our staff at 02 6621 5528, and they can assist with the eligibility check. Make sure to have your child’s Medicare card available.
Services Australia reviews your child’s eligibility and sends you a letter. You can also check eligibility through your Medicare online account linked to myGov or by calling 132 011.
I have a phobia of going to the dentist. Can you help make me comfortable?
We acknowledge that many adults experience dental anxiety. Rest assured, we are committed to making you feel comfortable during your visit. We will guide you through each treatment step to keep you informed. If your fear has been preventing you from seeking treatment, we can schedule a consultation to address your concerns and answer any questions before starting any treatment.
Creating a safe and relaxed environment for our patients is a primary focus, especially during children’s dental appointments.
